pause.fit ("we", "our", "us") is a break reminder application built for remote and desk workers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

• Basic analytics — anonymous usage data (page views, feature usage) collected via PostHog to improve the product. No personal identifiers are attached.

We do not collect, store, or process any health or medical data on our servers. Exercise preferences and break data stay on your device.

• Send you product updates, early access information, and service notifications.
• Improve the app experience based on anonymous usage patterns.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process data on our behalf:

• PostHog (EU-hosted) — anonymous product analytics.
• ZooTools — waitlist management (your email if you join the waitlist).

Each service operates under its own privacy policy and is bound by data processing agreements.

Your email is stored securely with our service providers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.
